Christmas Royale

Ingredients

• 1 ounce tequila reposado
• ½ ounce crème de cassis
• ½ ounce fresh lime juice
• 3 ounces Lambrusco, to top

Recipe

1. Combine the tequila reposado, crème de cassis, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake until well chilled, then fine-strain into a chilled champagne flute.

3. Top with the Lambrusco and serve immediately.
